In a career spanning A & R, Artist, Producer and Studio Management, Diane’s managed the international careers of numerous artists signing them to Major and Independent labels and run self-releasing artist businesses.
Deluxxe enjoys a long history of managing the careers of both new and established acts. Past artists include Scouting for Girls who were developed from an unsigned act to major Live Arena stars with a No 1 Triple Platinum Album, numerous top chart hits and BRIT and IVOR NOVELLO nominations. The company’s roster has also included Lockdown Project, Touriste, A Girl Called Eddy, Carla Marie Williams and represents emerging artists Cortney Dixon, Diives and HOLiDAY.
Prior to Deluxxe, Diane co-owned Rise Management representing artists including Republica, Beth Orton, Mike Scott (The Waterboys), Rialto, Miles Hunt (The Wonder Stuff), Sunhouse, Towering Inferno and The Drum Club. In her early career, she was Director of record producer Tony Visconti’s (David Bowie, T.Rex, The Boomtown Rats) group of companies for five years. She managed Visconti’s Good Earth Recording Studios in London (clients included Duran Duran, George Michael, U2, the Sisters of Mercy, Altered Images and the Stranglers) and travelled internationally on behalf of his business.
Diane joined the music business as a music-obsessed teenager in EMI Records A & R division before moving into artist management where she worked with Philip Lynott and Thin Lizzy – she has never recovered!

Tirian graduated with a First-Class Hons degree in Music Business, beginning her career in digital marketing and social media management at Artists & Company. Joining the A&C Media team as a Senior Content Curator, she helped deliver groundbreaking campaigns to major labels and artists, management companies, public figures and global brands. She worked closely with each of her clients to offer a bespoke service centred around social media management with a focus on creative content curation, branding, programming and publishing.
Having worked with Diane for four years across multiple artist projects, Tirian has found her calling in artist management. She has a true passion for finding, nurturing and developing musical talent, enjoying all aspects of managing an artist’s business. Her background as a musician and songwriter inspires her love of A&R, as she supports artists in developing their unique sound and style.

FRNT MGMT is a female founded and female led artist management company representing the worlds front line DJs and producers in the underground and crossover electronic dance music scene. With a lifelong career in music, Frances designed FRNT's core part of the business by combining the love of house and electronic music with being a female leader and business woman in music, aiming to empower and represent the very best in the dance music market.
Frances is also a well know spokeswoman and leader in tackling women's safety in the nightlife scene, working with The Night Time Economy and being at the forefront of making positive changes to the systems in place and resources available to women who have experienced sexual assault, harassment and discrimination in the music industry.
At FRNT we understand that we and the artist are a team, and we are both vital to one another to succeed within this family.
